Rotary Breakers

The rotating cylinder incorporates overlapping screen plates with specific hole sizes. As feed material is introduced, oversized materials are lifted and dropped onto the steel screen plates. The fractured material passes through the screen plate holes, while rock and refuse remain intact, discharging through the end of the Rotary Breaker, separate from the clean product.
 

Available in 9', 11', 12', 14' and 16' diameters with lengths up to 60'.
