Quad Rolls
Designed to accept medium large feed and produce a cubical product with a minimum amount of fines.
A Quadroll is essentially two Double Roll Crushers in one unit. The primary stage accepts feed lumps and crushes the material to an acceptable size for secondary stage crushing. The secondary stage crushes to the desired product with minimum fines production.- Standard Duty
Intended for reduction of medium size (6" to 8" top size) feeds to a marketable size in one pass. Used primarily for soft, medium or hard coal, salt, and other materials of similar characteristics. Not to be used for crushing rock, refuse or similar hard feeds.
- Medium Duty
Intended for reduction of medium size feeds to a marketable size in one pass. Used primarily for soft, medium or hard coal, salt, and other materials of similar characteristics. Not to be used for crushing rock, refuse or similar hard feeds.
- Super Quadroll
Intended for handling high capacities of R.O.M. coal containing moderate percentages of medium hard refuse. Performs a high ratio of reduction. High capacity eliminates necessity of prescalping thus saving space and headroom.
- Abrasive Material
This unit was designed for hot abrasive feeds, reducing sintered iron ore, coke, and other abrasive materials. This crusher is essentially the same as the Standard Duty model however, a number of features have been included to limit wear caused by abrasion.
Quadrolls Crusher
